Policy and Finance Committee meeting are held every second month in the community meeting room, Methodist Church, Castle Street, Dursley but relevant items are discussed at every council meeting.

The Policy & Finance committee is responsible for general administration; as part of its budget it:
- decides the fees that Council should charge.
- receives and considers requests for funding.
