The expenditure is reported to council on a monthly basis and on the resolution of the council, the Mayor will sign as a true record of the accounts.

Dursley Town Council resolved to adopt the General Power of Competence at the Council meeting on the 6th September 2016. All expenditure is permitted using the GPC (LA 2011) s1(1)
