War Memorial Recreation Ground, Kingshill Road GL11 4BJ.

Cemetery store & integral garage, Kingshill Road GL11 4DQ.
Sports pavilion & integral garage, Kingshill Road GL11 4BJ.
Tractor shed, Kingshill Road GL11 4BJ.

The Town Council have a number of agreements relating to land and buildings in the town:

Broadwell (Amenity Area) - Leased from Stroud District Council.
Bus Shelters - 8 shelters located in the town.
Highfields Play Area, School Road, Dursley - Leased from Stroud District Council.
Market Place (amenity Land) - Leased from Gloucestershire County Council.
St Marks Closed Churchyard, Woodmancote - Maintenance of church yard.
Telephone Box, Castle Street, Dursley - Adopted from BT.
Twinberrow Woods - Held in trust by Twinberrow Foundation.
The Vibe Youth Centre - Building owned by Dursley Tabernacle URC.

The Town Council have set up a committee (Town Trust Committee) to manage and maintain the assets formerly under the remit of the Charity Organisation: Dursley Town Trust.
